Payment
Please make full payment in Japanese Yen at reception when you check in.
We also accept major credit cards. Please note all credit card transactions are subject to a 5% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
NOTE: Please note we require 72 hours notice prior to arrival to cancel or alter your booking.
We know how important your holiday is to you — at Yougendo, you are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome, we hope you enjoy your stay. Our reputation has been built on a high standard of cleanliness, good service and attention to detail at all times.
Our cancellation policy permits cancellation of your reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival without any penalties. A cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Due to our intimate size all cancellations are significant to us. Therefore, 'No Show' reservations and cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the entire reserved stay. Refunds for late arrivals or early departures will not be given.
